For small and medium companies, we provide consultations in several steps. The cooperation starts with an introductory consultation, which is performed with the entrepreneur or the general manager. The interview serves to get acquainted, and also to find out needs assessment of the advisory mandate. Hereafter we give a keynote speech on relevant topics. Workshops , facilitated by us, are also possible if required. After that we are available for longer-term project consulting and coaching measures.
